FAQ - Onboarding Call

1. Will I need to download an app/anything to use the assessment?

You don't need to download anything. Mobility Mojo is a progressive web app which means it will use whatever browser is already installed on your smartphone.

2. If the building has 2 e.g.: bathrooms, which one should I assess?

We recommend assessing the most accessible feature available in your office to ensure you capture what is availale for those with accessibility needs.

3. Can multiple users access the account?

Yes, we can add as many users as you like. All we need is their name and email address.

4. How long do we have to do the assessment?

We recommend a period of 2 weeks maximum to complete the assessment to ensure the report is completed and delivered as soon as possible. If there are any issues/obstacles that prevent this (eg. Construction, other projects etc.), please let us know.

5. Does it have to be completed all at once?

Nope! You can complete the assessment in whatever way and whatever order works best for you. When you are working through the assessment, just be sure to click the Next button before you leave the application. This ensures all data entered up until this point will be saved.

6. How do I access the report after I am finished?

A member of our team will let you know when the report is available and you can access it via the new 'Documents' button that will have appeared in your Mobility Mojo account.

7. How do I access multiple buildings?

When you log into the Mobility Mojo assessment tool, click the menu icon in the top left hand corner and select the Facility button. Here you will see a list of the properties you have access to. Select the building account you want to access and then complete the evaluation.

8. How do we collect information about the wheelchair ramp gradient or door force?

Our CEO loves to say We've worked hard to make this simple and this is a perfect example. Instead of asking for obscure measurements that aren't particularly helpful to anyone, we'll ask you if you have a ramp and if you do, to take a picture of it. This information will allow someone with accessibility needs to make a decision for themselves as to whether the ramp will suit their needs.
