Mobility Mojo reports 63% growth, assessing 1,500 buildings and reaching 1M employees as global demand for workplace accessibility accelerates.

Mobility Mojo, the Dublin-based accessibility technology company, has reported a 63% rise in annual revenue as its platform reaches more than 1,500 buildings and supports over one million employees worldwide.

The growth comes as businesses face mounting pressure to meet new accessibility standards under the European Accessibility Act.

“Accessibility has shifted from being a ‘nice to have’ to a global business priority”

Founded by Stephen Cluskey, Noelle Daly and Patrick Hickey, Mobility Mojo provides a digital platform that helps organisations assess and improve accessibility across offices, retail spaces and manufacturing sites.

The company says its technology replaces traditional paper-based audits with a standardised, data-driven approach, reducing costs and improving consistency.

Plans for 2026: AI-powered insights and global partnerships

“Accessibility has shifted from being a ‘nice to have’ to a global business priority,” said Cluskey, chief executive and co-founder.

“With new regulations such as the EU Accessibility Act coming into force, organisations are recognising that accessibility is not only about compliance in digital products and services, but also about creating better, more inclusive experiences across their workplaces.”

The company, which completed a €4.25mn Series A funding round in January led by Gresham House Ventures, now operates in more than 30 countries and counts Accenture, UBS, Eli Lilly and Bayer among its clients. Other major employers including Diageo, Coca-Cola and HubSpot have also adopted the platform.

Mobility Mojo plans to double the number of buildings assessed to more than 4,000 by the end of 2026 and expand its reach to 2.5mn employees.

The company is investing in AI-powered reporting tools to provide deeper insights and help businesses prioritise improvements efficiently. It also aims to strengthen partnerships with consultants and ESG teams to embed accessibility into corporate sustainability strategies and workplace wellbeing initiatives.

The European Accessibility Act, which came into effect in June, requires companies to ensure accessibility across digital products and services.

While the legislation does not directly regulate physical spaces, employers are increasingly expected to create inclusive environments for staff and customers. Mobility Mojo positions itself as a bridge between compliance and practical implementation, offering benchmarks that can be applied across global portfolios.

“Every organisation should be able to make accessibility measurable, actionable and genuinely impactful,” Cluskey said.
