Mobility Mojo is proud to announce a partnership with Bayer to increase accessibility across Bayer sites around the world. As part of this collaboration, Bayer and Mobility Mojo have already completed accessibility assessments on about 140 of Bayer’s buildings. Additional sites will follow in early 2026, giving Bayer a comprehensive view into accessibility across its real estate portfolio. These insights will help the organisation make informed decisions, plan improvements and continue to advance its commitment to inclusion. While the assessments are primarily focused on accessibility for people with disabilities, everybody will benefit from respective site enhancements.

Mobility Mojo offers companies a software platform to evaluate their workplaces, identify practical updates and share clear accessibility information with employees and visitors. With approximately 93,000 employees globally, Bayer’s commitment represents a meaningful step toward a world that is open to everyone.

The business case for inclusion is strong. According to research by Accenture, companies that are inclusive to people with disabilities perform better than their peers, with 30% lower staff turnover, four times greater shareholder returns than competitors, and 28% greater annual revenue.

Stephen Cluskey, Co-founder and CEO of Mobility Mojo, said, “It has been a pleasure to partner with Bayer on its commitment to inclusion and accessibility. Together we are removing barriers for people with disabilities and making inclusion the norm. Companies that prioritise accessibility benefit from the lived experience and creativity of their employees, resulting in more innovation and a stronger bottom line.”

“The partnership with Mobility Mojo is enriching our journey towards continuously enhancing accessibility in all areas of our business”, said Frank-Peter Justus, Global Co-Lead of the Business Research Group ENABLE at Bayer. “It provides us with actionable insights into our real estate portfolio, which we have already started to implement. Thank you to the Mobility Mojo team for always being supportive, thank you to our local and global Bayer communities for their commitment towards inclusion and accessibility!”
