Most companies discover their market. Ours found us — in hospital corridors, standards committees and school runs. Mobility Mojo is what happened when two people decided the built environment shouldn't run on goodwill and guesswork.

Noelle has spent two decades experiencing exactly where buildings break their promises — and chose to fix it from inside the system. She leads the standards team that helps write the global ISO standards for accessibility; that rigour became the Mobility Mojo Standard.

A spinal cord injury at 18 showed Stephen how many buildings weren't built with him in mind. He's spent his career changing that — award-winning entrepreneur, adviser to the Irish Prime Minister on accessibility, and a keynote voice worldwide.

Founded in Dublin
Born in hospitality — making hotel accessibility visible for guests, working with Virgin Hotels and Hilton properties.
2020
The pivot
Covid emptied the world’s buildings. We turned to workplaces and facilities — and found the problem was even bigger.
2022
The enterprise era
Global workplace portfolios across pharma, tech and banking. One standard, applied across many countries.
2024
Scaling up
€4.25M raised to take the platform global — ISO 27001 certified and a certified disability-owned business.
